Fully agree, perhaps make this an account option selectable by the user so those who want to can use short codes for charity donations, contact transport police, reply to surveys etc.
@Storm123 Probably best to make your plans then because it is unlikely to be sorted suddenly.
Just check (on a search) how many posts have asked for this feature and still it has not happened. I doubt that a threat of losing 4sims will suddenly trigger action unfortunately .
