They could very easily implement this as an option when you purchase an additional text bundle to your plan. This weekend when trying to enter a radio competition I found the text hadn’t gone through, I seen the additional text plans which stated “texts for anything extra outside of your plan” so I purchased it thinking it would allow me to use the credit for the text entry for the competition but found out after that it still didn’t work and after contacting Support was told it was a blanket “we do not support this in any shape or form” so the additional plan add-on wording definitely needs updating as it’s very misleading.4.3KViews1like0Comments
