Smarty is a no frills value for money mobile phone service.
The people that I know who use schemes like Avios and other frequent flyer schemes tend to be people who travel a lot for business, and whose mobile phone is usually a corporate provided phone using a business tariff with one of the MNOs in this country, EE, O2, Three and Vodafone.
