The free European roaming is a great deal for frequent travellers. In order to give these customers more value for money SMARTY could have a tie in with the Avios scheme. Three already offers Avios point for new contacts signed but as SMARTY is contract free maybe Avios could be given out per pound spent on a sim plan. This would really help capture the frequent traveler segment.

@ThomasV_2576590  But who ends up paying for that? Not sure that the majority of customers who are not frequent travellers would be happy about subsidising a scene for those few.

Smarty plans are already great value and customers are getting EU Roaming included (not all networks include that); I think enough is enough.

I agree with @MSF 

Smarty is a no frills value for money mobile phone service. 

The people that I know who use schemes like Avios and other frequent flyer schemes tend to be people who travel a lot for business, and whose mobile phone is usually a corporate provided phone using a business tariff with one of the MNOs in this country, EE, O2, Three and Vodafone.
