When I open my app It is stuck with a ring bell about new deals etc and it won’t wipe off

Berendi_2539032 Not exactly sure what you mean here as it seems fine on my phone.
However, if the app is not functioning properly, why not delete it from the device and then re-instal it?
I did that but I get dashboard for one second and then get that ringbel saying about share existing things with me and it won’t go its frozen
Berendi_2539032 I realise that this does not solve the issue totally, but you can get to your dashboard via the smarty web page and not using the app.
