@Jamie I think that it is far too early to form an opinion. Also maybe Voxi could be a better comparison.
One way of thinking is that Smarty currently have over a million customers ands it may not be prudent to upset too many of them.
Alternatively, they may not care and will want to rake in as much as possible in a short time.
No point in worrying about it as there ain't much we can do really.
