Using WiFi in our motorhome.

We have a motorhome that we use to go away in for 3 or 4 nights every 5 or 6 weeks. We have a Wifi system fitted in the motorhome. On our last trip I bought a 3 day unlimited data add-on from Smarty. This seemed to work well. But earlier in the month, before I knew what to do and in order to get some data, I also set up a regular £5pm payment to Smarty on my credit card. How do I cancel this contract? And is there a more cost effective way of buying data periodically? Many thanks.

@PhilNev_3430268 If you go to your Account Dashboard and unpick the auto-renew option, you will not purchase any more plans until you specifically choose to do so.

Unless you know how much data you will use, it's a bit difficult to advise accurately. The unlimited add-on is exactly that - an add on to a plan that exists - and you say it worked well for you so that is good..

Quite possibly, you are doing the best thing currently, except you seem to be buying a plan when you aren't going to be using the service - hence my advice to stop the auto-new option.
