Unable to send SMS messages

Hi,

Im unable to send SMS messages on iOS. Unable to confirm number for iMessages as well. Calls in and out are ok. Can receive sms messages without issues?

@Mogolent  Not exactly sure what you mean, but have you checked 'My Number' in the phone settings?

Unable to send SMS messages at all. “Message Failed to Send”

in iMessages phone shows the right number and “Waiting for activation” under number

@Mogolent Does your account dashboard show the activated sim number and also an active Smarty plan?

Yes all paid and active. No issues with calls and internet connection

Everything worked fine before… number was confirmed, was able to send messages and iMessages.

@Mogolent I wonder if this is linked to the outage that has gone on for a while?

Most likely. Now I’m able to sent messages, but still not for all numbers

@Mogolent  Warning header still shoeing on the Coverage Checker and Network Status Checker pages this morning.
