Unable to receive or make calls from home for over 10 days phone a samsung A15 no previous problems

@Philippa_992881  Firstly, check this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible

This may be linked to the recent turn-off of 3G service.

Also worth doing a Network Status check for any local mast problems.

Network check ok, diagnostic check with Samsung(had phone for 3 months) + is compatible  says is related to smarty signal (onlyapprox 500 metres from mast) some local areas can't make calls/receive calls but none will register in the house
