Unable to receive calls

Been with Smarty for 9 months with absolutely no issues, so ordered my daughter a sim so she could join.

Got the PAC code and instead or porting her number onto the new SIM card they ported it on to mine.

Managed eventually to get both numbers on the correct SIM cards but my phone is unable to receive calls.

Everything else works fine can still txt and ring out, WhatsApp is fine but still can’t receive calls

@Michael_2591272 Have you done a network reset on your phone?

The only way that the number went onto the wrong sim was if you ordered the transfer while signed into your own account rather than hers. Luckily they have managed to sort it out for you it seems.

If the network reset doesn't work, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support team for help.
