@EdwardA_2835075 Sorry, but if you want people to help you, then you need to give some more information.
Start with: Does your dashboard show an active sim and a current Smarty plan? Does the Coverage checker show service where you are and also does the Network Status checker show no problems locally?
Does the sim work in another phone? Have you given it a little while after activating?
I hope you see the sort of things you need to explain when seeking help.

i have just had my phone checked in a phone shop they told me my phone is ok but the problem is with Smarty

@Michael_1544375 What they mean is that Smarty will not support the phone I suspect. now that 3G is being turned off - you don't say if you checked the list of compatible phones : https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible
