Hi All,
For 10 days I've been unable to make or receive calls in Altrincham (Great Manchester). I logged a call, I've followed up several times but the only reply from support is "They are currently processing your request and will contact you via email once it's completed."
For the last two years, I was very happy as a SMARTY customer - this is the first time logging a call - and I'm very disappointed. I'm director of support for a tech company and I'd never treat my customers like that.
Is anybody else experiencing issues with making and receiving calls in the South of Manchester?
