I do not accept that things are MOSTLY working. MOSTLY not working is the truth. 3 days not to fix things is completely unacceptable. I have built mobile phone networks in 11 countries, and this has NEVER occured not from 1G (analogue) upto and include 5G (and imode). It is beyond my understanding how this can persist for usuch a long time. It is obviously BAD DESIGN and BAD Implementation. Systems should have resilience and redundancy.
