My number has been transferred but when ringing my number voicemail from my old provider is on

@WendyTi_3242475 If your number is showing on your Smarty Account dashboard and it still rings on your old provider's network voicemail after another hour or so, then you need to have a web chat with Smarty Support just in case there has been a split port.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are facing regarding porting to SMARTY. You may need to reset your network settings as this has been successful in the past with other customers in a similar situation.
Please Google to search how to reset the network settings for your device specifically as different devices require different steps to follow!
