Transferring my number
I was told by Smarty having supplying them with a PAC code that the transfer of my old number would be completed yesterday. Today 3 have cancelled my account with them and my new number hasn’t transferred.

Stephen_2724045 When you look at your account dashboard, does it show the new number yet? If that does not happen by 5pm today, start a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can investigate. We forum members have no access to your account.

Sounds like you switch is happening today, Stephen_2724045.
Switching mobile numbers doesn't happen immediately - it might be 5pm before the number you want to keep works with your SMARTY SIM.
When I switched to SMARTY, my number switch was completed around 3pm.
