Hi I use a Smarty sim in my iPhone and in December activated a data only sim for a router. I stopped the plan renewing a couple of weeks ago by logging in and found it on my dashboard. Now I want to purchase a months data and can’t trace the second sim. Any ideas please?

@JillKern_426250 Try logging into your account on the web page. Then click on the blue circle at top right (with your initials in it?) you should then see an option for other accounts within your group.
