Terrible service

No master where I am I get a terrible service. I have either 0 or 1 bar and can’t aces internet. Even in Glasgow City Centre I couldn’t even check internet as my signal was non existent. Is there any settings I’ve got wrong on my phone

@Stepheng1968  We don't know what settings you have on your phone.

Have you checked that your account dashboard shows an active sim and an active Smarty plan? Have you also checked Network Status for the area?

If nothing works, have a web chat with Support Team.

Hi it appears I had three settings on my phone instead of asm. It’s meant to update automatically but it didn’t so I’ve changed them  according to smarty settings. I will see how this goes. Thanks.
