Hi all,

I recently received a spam phone call purporting to be from Smarty / 3.
The offer was for 50GB costing £8. I asked them to email me the details which they did but the source appeared to be Currys / Carphone Warehouse.
I contacted Smarty and although they didn't say it was a fraud did say they couldn't match it.
If it was genuine I might be tempted but as they have already lied about who they really are I have doubts!
Has anyone else come across this and signed up?

If the offer appeared to be from Currys/Carphone Warehouse @KenToog_1591934, I'd speculate that it was one of their iD Mobile tariffs perhaps. However, I don't know that Currys/Carphone Warehouse can sell anything except Vodafone and iD Mobile plans.
