Switching delay

Hi, I am switching my children to Smarty from Virgin due to the continual price rises. I submitted the first PAC on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. The second one went through well within 24 hours but the first one started at by the end of the 4th, then the 5th and has now become by the end of the 10th. This seems strange as I have switched a few times and it has never been this long. Is there something wrong?

Hello @PaulBrad_455964. As forum members, we don't have access to that kind of info. However, there have been a number of posts recently about delayed ports and so perhaps there is an issue - smarty over-run with new customers??

If they originally quoted you a date for the port and have not completed by then, you may be entitled to compensation. You will need to take this up with Support Team via web chat .
