Social Tariff

Two weeks ago, I applied for the ST due to being on UC.  It said that someone would respond with 48 hours with confirmation.  No one got back to me.

A week ago, I again applied, got the same message and am still waiting for someone to contact me.

Just wondering if this is the usual Smarty response?

Hi @PennineAcute sorry to hear you haven't heard back about this yet. If you have completed the application then you should receive confirmation of this.
