Why is this company such a scam????? Refusing to issue me a valid pac code and telling me that the one they've given me has been used. I literally have 0 other service providers other than SMARTY and they are telling me to speak to my new service provider? I have taken out 0 contracts and not used the pac code. They flat out refuse to issue me a new one and keep lying to me about this faulty code being used already???
How can I still use my number on smarty if the number has been ported??? Makes no sense at all. I am absolutely fuming about this as they are stealing my phone number by not letting me port it. BEWARE!!!!!!
