Hi been using a smarty data sim in a nr5013e mobile broadband router (a three branded router) for 3 weeks now successfully. I used to have a three sim on the same router and my ring doorbell pro worked just fine.
But since moving to smarty I cannot reconfigure the ring doorbell pro to connect to the WiFi network presented by the router.
Any ideas why this won't work and and recommendations on how I might fix it - I'm not particularly a fan of the ring doorbell but it's only a couple of years old

@Skymoose Just a long shot here, but trying to help. Did you actually remove the old network so as to go back to 'factory setting'?
