@DavidOt_3553477 I would recommend firstly checking your Account dashboard to see if your sim is active and if you have a current Smarty plan.
Assuming that you have not received a message saying that your service has been suspended for some reason, then it is probably best to web chat with Smarty as the phone suggests.
