I have had smarty WiFi for my hone for a while now and I am now wanting to switch my mobile phone from my old provider to smarty. I have initiated the switch and have logged in to my account that I hold for the WiFi but i do not see an option to add the mobile phone sim plan. Do I have to create a new account for the mobile sim? Thanks

@Mariann_1582540 Yes, you do need to create a new account for the new sim.
The only other possibility is to form a group and have the new sim as a 'nickname account'.
