Smarty have deactivated my number

I need help I transferred my long time number over to smarty 2 weeks ago and it was working  fine this morning they have transferred back to original SIM number which I did not want now resulting in my old number being no longer recognised how can I get my number back any help would be much appreciated

Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum! I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience in regards to porting your number to SMARTY. 

This issue can be resolved by our agents performing a number recovery, this is when we recover the number you have lost. In order to do this, please speak to our support team for further information.

When I spoke to them on chat they did not mention this all they said escalated the issue

Il give a little more info when I joined smarty I tryted to port another number by accident I contacted them on the chat and asked them to cancel that transfer  and could they transfer the number I wanted transfer who's they did as this number was working  few days ago I get a email saying your number can not be transferred even though it was already working on smarty I contacted them and told them that the number is working find and I want to keep this number today for some reason they have changed the number to to a default number i want keep me  I need it for 2fa but I'm not getting much help from customer service
