I have ordered two sims for me and my wife and requested the numbers to be transferred. We received two sims notified Smarty about this and was told the transfers would happen 15th oct. Today we received another two sims and no transfers have happened yet what do I need to do

When you order a SIM from Smarty, they send the SIM you have ordered plus a bonus one to give to a friend or family member. In the first package, one of the SIMs (the one not labelled 'Bonus SIM') will be either yours or your wife's. From the second pair of SIMs that came, again, the one not labelled 'Bonus SIM' will be yours or your wife's. Hopefully you'll be able to tell from the name on the envelope which one is yours and which is your wife's.

If the number transfers have not happened as expected, you will need to chat to Smarty support to see why that is.
