Yes you can @AnneHea_1662440, but your plan's allowances aren't available to use roaming in Morocco.

Morocco is not covered by the EU roaming, which is included with SMARTY plans, so you'll need to add some credit to your account if you want to roam in Mocorro @AnneHea_1662440.
