Bit of a long one:
Transferred my old number from Plusnet to Smarty, and all was working well. Then I added a family member to my Group, and tried to transfer their old number across too.
Well, their number ended up getting transferred to MY Smarty SIM, and I ended up LOSING my number ๐
I immediately got on Support Chat, and he said he would look into it and provide updates. It's been over a week, and he keeps saying the same thing.
How do I escalate this? I have no idea if that old number is recoverable or not. If I knew for sure, I'd stop hassling him. I'm pretty anxious about the whole thing, TBH.
Can anyone advise on what I can do next? TY
