Sim not working

Today after renewal my sim stop working

@PiotrWoj_340928  We don't have enough information to know why that is.

Firstly, check your account dashboard to see that the sim is active and that theSmarty plan has actually renewed.

Secondly, turn your phone off and then back on after a couple of minutes  - this will try to force it to register to the network.

If nothing works, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check the account.
