Hi I already have a sim card & iv just I thought registered it now I'm being told that a new sim will be out in a couple days whats wrong with the one I have ???

Possibly nothing wrong.

Best to check with Support as they can look at your account for any issues.

My SIM card is not working can someone help me to fix this issue please

Hey, Thanks for your post. Unfortunately I can't do anything with your account on here. If you reach out to one of the members of our webchat they might be able to help.

 

Alternatively if its been less than 6 months since you last used the card you can log on to your account and simply make a payment to get things up and running again. If its been more than 6 months we may not be able to recover that account.
