Have you activated it so that it shows on account dashboard? Can you try it in another phone to exclude phone problems? Does account show an active Smarty plan? Does Coverage checker show a signal where you re? Does Network Status checker show any local msg problems?
Do you see why it is difficult to give you a definitive answer with so little information?
