Does anyone know how to contact Smarty to resolve service outages?
we have been without data service for 6 days with no ability to find out what is going on or how long we can expect no internet service.
their network checker just says there is a problem and we are fixing it as quickly as possible. Seems odd to me when they are using 3 mobile towers and our phones are with 3 mobile without any issues

Not quite clear here - if your phones are with Three mobile, why contact Smarty? Smarty rely on Three to maintain the masts and that may be a reason why they don't always have an exact date for fault fixing.
