I’ve been using my plan regularly in France with no problem. My plan has just renewed whilst I’m in France and I’ve had the SMS thanking me for renewing but then another saying
“Oops. It looks like this service isn't covered in your plan. To find out how to use this service, go to https://go.smarty.uk/SMARTY/ZJ3lOK, when you have WiFi”
How come this isn’t included in my plan anymor?. My phone settings are correct for France and it worked fine only 2 weeks ago. Is it because this month I happen to be in France when my plan renews??

@TomWoods_256897 That doesn't sound right - you should still be able to EU Roam. Have you tried a manual network search?
If it continues, have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account. I wonder if the system is taking a little time to catch up?
