I've been waiting for a replacement SIM card for a week and am still waiting. I ordered it again but received no email confirmation. I spoke to support in the chat, and they told me to order it again. However, I don't know if the order went through because I received no confirmation. The support agent left the chat open, but they are no longer there, and I can't use the chat to speak to someone else.

I need my telephone number its stopping a lot of things

Hello, having a similar problem not recieving replacement SIM, can't get any confirmation or help and saw your similar situation. Wondering how you resolved the situation and if it's worth hanging on but my son needs the same number in his new phone so stuck waiting... Anyway, any advice would help 👍
