Hi,
My account has been closed but I would like to rejoin Smarty and get a new SIM card. However, it's not allowing me to purchase a sim. What can I do? I've tried a few times and when it gets to paying for the SIM and plan, it says there's an error. It's not my bank as I have authorised for Smarty to set up a DD, but the issue seems to be with Smarty themselves. If anyone can help me resolve this I would be grateful.

@Lorrain_2427486 As you have been able to log into your account to post here, are you sure that it has been closed?
When you log in, does 'My Dashboard" show a number? This is the number that smarty thinks you have and you could order a replacement sim.
If this is not in fact the case, why not have a web chat with Smarty Support team to accurately work out your exact account status?

Thanks for your comment and suggestions. I think I'll try and speak to someone on their web chat as it's saying that my account is closed so I'm not sure what's happening. It gave me a link to re-join which I clicked on. The order takes me so far to get another sim but no joy as it keeps coming up with an error message.
