Hi, Thanks for your comment and suggestions. I think I'll try and speak to someone on their web chat as it's saying that my account is closed so I'm not sure what's happening. It gave me a link to re-join which I clicked on. The order takes me so far to get another sim but no joy as it keeps coming up with an error message. Hi, My account has been closed but I would like to rejoin Smarty and get a new SIM card. However, it's not allowing me to purchase a sim. What can I do? I've tried a few times and when it gets to paying for the SIM and plan, it says there's an error. It's not my bank as I have authorised for Smarty to set up a DD, but the issue seems to be with Smarty themselves. If anyone can help me resolve this I would be grateful. Thanks2KViews0likes2Comments
