I closed my account and asked for refund due to Smarty SIM taking over a week to arrive which was too late. I still want to join Smarty, can I somehow reactivate using the SIM that arrived or do I need to place a new order?

Unfortunately @pkw2749515, if you can't sign-in to your 'old' SMARTY account, you'll need start again.
