"We're fixing an issue in this area" - Cookley, Worcestershire

The network coverage maps for around our postcode (Cookley, DY10) show that we should be getting excellent coverage inside and out. Afraid not - not sure how long this has been going on for (some time), but 1 bar and frequent drop-offs indoors doesn't tally with the coverage map.

Network status has been showing "We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible." for some time. Any idea how long is "as soon as possible?" Anywhere else we can see repair schedules - I'm guessing not?

Thank God for WiFi-Calling, is all I can say. Even though, it would be really good if the coverage map was less...err...fictional., sometimes. Coverage generally in Worcestershire is far better than I was seeing previously on O2 (avoid!) but coverage maps seem to bear little resemblance to actual coverage, and "fixing an issue" (admittedly coming from Three), don't really give you much to work on, to know if it's ever going to be "fixed" without some sort of estimated completion date?

@Michael_3410140  This is one to put to Smarty via Complaint I think because we forum members don't get any more info.
