Problems with service

I'm new to smarty.  Set my daughter up 1st as her contract ended. Moved from Vodafone.  It's been 4 weeks & she's complaining constantly of no phone service. Can't ring us from the train station. Can't load anything on her phone when she's in college. All the places we've never had any issues with before. It's making me reconsider moving myself over

Sounds like Vodafone have a better network in the areas your daughter is using her handset, @RUCHELL_2719165.

Each UK mobile network use different mobile network infrastructures and different parts of the range of radio frequencies allocated mobile networks operators in the UK. All this means UK mobile networks may not work equally in all locations.
