problem with account or network
HI , problem today, had a text in morning saying payment did'nt go through , its on auto renew, so logged in to account and paid again , all ok , now an hour ago , got another message saying payment failed , it has'nt . checked account online , all paid but sim completely off , any ideas , !!!!

garryke_2041626 If your account shows that you have a plan, this indicates that payment went through.
