Problem porting number

I transferred my number from Plusnet to SMARTY, confirmed completed on 31st May but I still can't receive calls or texts (some texts get through, but not all). Plusnet tell me it's because you've not sent them the account closure notification so I'm stuck between the two companies and about to be charged for another month with Plusnet because the account is still open. I've had a help chat thing open since last week, I notified them on Friday or Saturday what Plusnet said and it's still not fixed. All I get is "I completely understand, I'm waiting for an update". 

 

How can I escalate this to get the situation resolved. Twitter was ignored and Facebook just said wait for customer services.

@JaneAda_2073147 Obviously, the community forum members don't have access to your account. I would recommend raising a complaint with Smarty which may get looked at sooner.
