Hi. Smarty didnt port my number correctly. I am not bale to receive calls and txt. Third day today and no solution . Web chat doesn't really know why. They have escalated to team . 3 days. Unacceptable .

I replied on your other thread, where you mention you tried to port from LycaMobile. 

As I posted in the other thread, LycaMobile are struggling with the after effects of a cyber attack last week. That is why you are having problems porting your number. 

Best thing to do is contact LycaMobile, and also keep an eye on any suspicious activity on the bank account which you used to pay for your LycaMobile plan.
