Is this a common problem, or one that is somehow just for me and mine?
I use a samsung S10 and partner uses an iPhone 12

@DavidHo_2695672 First thing is to do a Coverage check and a Network Status check on the website.
If no problems are showing, you need to check that your phones are compatible with the smarty VoLTE protocol.
It would also be an idea to check if coverage is better in another area away from home.
