Support just brings up FAQ's to my surprise links on here bounce all over the place,
I am trying to reactivate my account with a new sim I have purchased, or failing that I wish to delete this old account and start from new..
how do I do this?

Forum members can't access customer accounts, @AboveAndBeyond. However, SMARTY customer service may be able to delete an old account, but I'd guess you'd need to go through some security checks in order to do so, @AboveAndBeyond.
Contact the support team at https://smarty.co.uk/contact, then scroll down to "Start a conversation".
The advisers work until 8pm everyday.
