@NicolaS_1816315 Do you mean that there is no ring tone when a call comes in? When you make a call, what sound would you expect other than the click when you enter a number possibly.
You need to check the sound settings for the phone first.
If you can make and receive the calls and can use data, it doesn't sound like a problem with Smarty.
