Phone not Allowed

So I’ve just activated my sim card with smarty and had my previous phone number transferred. However, it says my Phone is not allowed under the Network setting on Apple IOS despite it saying my phone has no SIM restrictions.

Is this a faulty SIM issue or another issue?

@AdrienM_3338879 Have you checked your Account Dashboard to see that the sim shows as Activated, the number shows correctly and that you have an Active Smarty plan?

Yes, The SIM has just been activated and the ported number shows correctly on the dashboard.

@AdrienM_3338879 Worth a Network Reset first. If that doesn't work, web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account.

Just did a reset, still not working sadly.
