I noticed that making calls from my mobile was a problem as very few calls were being connected. Now none at all are connecting. If I call my number it sounds as if it's ringing but the actual phone shows no sign of being called . I e. No ring tone nor is it recorded on call log as missed call? Has something happened? If so why haven't SMARTY customers been notified?

I feel very aggrieved about this. So do I need to go to a different service provider? I'd like to port my number

@FevziHus_650728 Have you completed a Network Status check first to see if there is a lock mast fault.
As you have seen in another thread that you posted on, some phones are no longer working since 3G has been turned off by Three.
