Bad signal on ps5

So I got a tp link WiFi router and put a smarty sim card in it, and for the first 2 days it was running perfectly with no lag or anything, and now I can barely load into a game without lagging out.

So basically the signal has gone from great to unusable in a matter of days and idk what to do
