I have recently had a couple of text messages from colleagues that I have replied to, but after seeing the colleagues they said that they never received a reply.
I have spoken on Smarty chat today and was told that there is no issue with my account.. but surely there must be if my SMS are not going through (iMessage appears to be fine).
Even more annoying is when I challenged the response saying my account was fine the assistant fell quiet for several minutes before 3 messages came through in rapid succession and then a few seconds later the chat was ended.. so no resolution reached, just left more frustrated!
I did upgrade my phone (from iPhone 12 to iPhone 15) recently, but otherwise no changes to my account or settings.

@CraigSev_558123 It may be worth checking that in Settings>Apps>Messages, that 'Send as Text Message is turned on. The phone uses standard text service if iMessage (Apple's preferred mode, of course!) is not available.
