My daughter is abroad with school and I received a message that she had 19p left.
So I paid £10.00 for more and received this....
Just to confirm, you've bought a £10.00 Out of plan add-on.
With the add-on, you've now got £0.19 in your Out of plan add-ons to spend.
Why is it still saying 19p?

@ColinHu_1542548 Did you use the app or the web page? Web page often more reliable.

Thanks. It was just bad messaging.
If you have money over from the first package you buy, in our case 19p, it only shows that as the balance not the new package.
When the 19p was used the new package of £10 kicked in.

Mine out of plan continues to show £22 even when I don't have any money in it. So it never updates it seems.

@JohnDunc_715314 Well, as long as your plan updates each month, there is nothing to worry about - as long as you do not rely on there being £22 in credit.
